Peptide Quantitative Content Analysis

Quantitative content analysis compares a research sample against an appropriate reference standard using a suitable method. The laboratory must confirm the standard, sample matrix and reporting basis before Trojan Analytics can coordinate an agreed scope.

State what needs to be measured

Describe the expected analyte, sample form, approximate amount and the measurement you need. Include available reference-standard documentation so the laboratory can assess feasibility.

Confirm the reporting basis

Quantity and chromatographic purity answer different questions. Review the agreed method, reference standard and reporting units with the laboratory rather than inferring content from a purity percentage.

Review before submission

Sample requirements, feasibility, pricing and receiving instructions require confirmation. Do not ship a sample before the approved order workflow provides the applicable instructions.

Domestic and international eligibility, sample-shipping requirements, scope and receiving instructions must be verified before submission. Trojan Analytics does not own or operate the independent laboratories.

Good to know

  • Method, instrumentation, and turnaround are subject to sample type and current laboratory capacity.
  • Availability is confirmed at intake, prior to analysis.
  • Results are reported alongside the method and data used to reach them.
